About us
ProSportStaff is the sports marketplace where clubs discover available professionals, and coaches, players and staff create profiles with clear availability.
Why ProSportStaff exists
The sports labour market is fragmented: CVs on WhatsApp, scattered listings, unclear availability. ProSportStaff brings clubs and professionals into one marketplace, with real filters (sport, role, country, availability) and clear paths for both sides.
What problem does it solve?
Clubs find people ready to hire or open to offers — not just pretty profiles. Professionals show when they are available: now, from a date, under contract but open to offers, or Private (Stealth) for discreet searches.
Who is it for?
Athletes, coaches, physiotherapists, scouts, analysts, medical and grounds staff — plus clubs and licensed agencies that recruit. Primary markets: Italy, Germany, the UK, Spain, France, the Netherlands, Portugal, Belgium, Denmark and other international markets.
How we protect users
Contact can stay shielded until unlock. Private (Stealth) profiles stay off the public board — only clubs you approve can see them. We do not broker contracts: ProSportStaff is a marketplace, not an agent.
How verification works
You can add licences, documents and certificates to your profile. Clubs and professionals can go through platform verification flows. “Verified” signals appear when criteria are met — trust is part of the product.
Where we operate
A multi-market marketplace: Italy, Germany, the UK, Spain, France, the Netherlands, Portugal, Belgium, Denmark and other markets, with country/location filters. We expand the sport catalogue as real profiles join.
