Terms of Service

ProSportStaff is an online sports recruitment marketplace (job board) that connects candidates, clubs and licensed agents through public profiles, job listings, messaging and editorial guides.

We provide only the technical venue. We are not a sports agency, players’ agent, or transfer intermediary. We do not sign employment or representation contracts on anyone’s behalf. Any engagement between users is concluded directly between those parties.

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Account types: Candidate (job seeker), Employer/Club (posts vacancies and shortlists talent), and Licensed Agent (manages a portfolio of postulants they represent legally outside the platform). Club, agency and staff accounts may require additional verification. We may suspend accounts that are incomplete, misleading or abusive.

• One person / organisation should keep a truthful profile
• Agents must only manage clients they are entitled to represent off-platform
• Do not share login credentials
• Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access

You retain rights in the content you upload, and grant us a non-exclusive licence to host, display and distribute it as needed to operate the service (including public pages, search and social sharing where enabled).

You must not post illegal, defamatory, discriminatory or misleading content, or content that infringes third-party rights.

In-app messaging and contact-share features are intended for legitimate sports recruitment and professional communication. Spam, harassment or scraping of contact data is prohibited.

Some features may require paid plans. Prices, billing periods and cancellation rules are shown at checkout or in your account. Taxes may apply according to Romanian law.

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify features, these terms or the platform for legal, security or product reasons. Material changes will be communicated on the site or by email where appropriate.

To the extent permitted by law, ProSportStaff is provided “as is”. We are not liable for decisions users make based on profiles or job posts, nor for third-party conduct, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer or data-protection law.

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes shall be handled by the competent courts in Romania, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.
