ProSportStaff is a sports marketplace: clubs discover available coaches, players and staff, and professionals create a profile with clear availability. We are not a player agency and we do not broker contracts — we connect both sides; deals happen directly between them.

For athletes, coaches, physiotherapists, scouts, analysts and other sports staff — plus clubs and licensed agents who recruit. Primary markets include Italy, Germany, the UK, Spain, France, the Netherlands, Portugal and other international markets.

Go to “Create your profile” (/join), choose your account type (player, coach, staff, club or agent) and complete registration. After email verification, finish your profile and availability in the dashboard. Role-specific tutorials unlock after you sign in.

You can create an account and publish a profile. The Founding 500 campaign offers a free profile for the first published profiles — see the Founding 500 page. Some advanced club features (for example direct contact) may require a club plan; ask via Contact if unsure.

“Available now” = you can start immediately (or from a set date). “Free agent” = you have no binding contract right now — a signal separate from the availability calendar. “Open to offers” = you may be under contract but are open to conversations. Clubs filter by these signals on the marketplace.

A Private (Stealth) profile does not appear on the public board. Only clubs you approve can see it — useful for discreet searches. You set this in the dashboard after you have an account.

Publish a complete profile, set sport, role, country and availability, and confirm activity regularly. Clubs search the marketplace with filters (sport, role, market, free agent, open to offers). Complete, up-to-date profiles rank better in relevant results.

Create a club (employer) account, then post jobs from the dashboard. Confidential mandates are ProSportStaff intermediary searches — the club may stay undisclosed. Practical steps are in the dashboard help after login.

You can add licences, documents and certificates to your profile. “Verified” signals appear when platform criteria are met — they help clubs trust the profile. Profile completeness and verification are different signals on the board.
