ProSportStaff Canada
Sports recruitment for Canadian clubs
Find coaches, players and sports professionals by sport, role, location and availability — talent from Canada and Europe.
How we enter the market
Canada Soccer reports nearly 1 million active registered participants and about 1,200 clubs; Ontario Soccer cites over 600 clubs. We are not launching every sport at once — we start narrow: soccer in Ontario (competitive clubs and youth academies), then hockey and other sports once real usage exists.
Why it is different
Canadian + international talent
Clubs can search candidates in Canada and across the ProSportStaff European network — not just another local job board.
Availability as a core filter
Not just “coach”. Instead: soccer · coach · Ontario · available now / from a specific date.
Recruitment, not only profiles
Search → filter → shortlist → contact. For founding clubs we can also help shortlist when real requests appear.
Who it is for now
- Soccer clubs & academies (Ontario first)
- Coaches in Canada and Europe who want to be discovered
- Sports staff (physio, scout, analyst and more)
Founding clubs — no cost at the start
We are inviting a small number of Canadian clubs and academies to use the platform during the founding period. We want real usage and feedback — not vanity metrics.
We do not promise jobs or placements. We are building recruitment infrastructure: search, filters, availability and contact.
